Men don’t cry,
“Don’t be soft”
“Act like a man”
Men don’t cry
“Shake it off”
“Stop being so dramatic”
Men don’t cry
But why not?
Men get sad, angry, anxious.

There is no issue with expressing emotion.
No matter if you are a man, woman, or non-binary.
Men don’t cry
You should have the ability to break down and expose yourself.
You should have the ability to express emotions without judgment.
Men don’t cry
Why is crying a sign of weakness?
Why can’t men show emotions?

Who created this rule?
Who created this box you need to conform to?
Men don’t cry
You are human.
Humans need to cry. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
